These terms describe the use of usecovered.app and requests for discretionary bill support from the Covered team. Read them with our Privacy notice before applying.

What Covered does

Covered is intended to use trading fees associated with $COVERED to help people with everyday bills. The stated allocation is 80% for bill support and 20% for buyback and burn. The amount of support depends on fees actually available; illustrative amounts, animations and example applicants are not evidence of completed payments.

The site does not execute trades, buybacks, burns or payments. A review status is an internal record, not proof that money was transferred. Completed transactions require separate confirmation.

Who may apply

You must be at least 18, provide a genuine request for your own bill, use an X account you control, and be able to receive the proposed payment through X Money where that service is available and permitted. You are responsible for meeting the payment provider’s eligibility and account requirements. You do not need to buy or hold $COVERED, pay an application fee or send a deposit to apply.

Social conditions

The application form requires you to declare that you follow @usecoveredapp. You must also declare that you have reposted our pinned post. Without a direct post link, the button opens @usecoveredapp so you can find the pinned post. These declarations are checked manually; opening a link does not verify that an action was completed.

Use one genuine account and do not submit duplicate applications, use bots or organise artificial engagement. Follow X’s applicable rules. Social actions do not guarantee selection or payment, and these conditions may be changed or removed to comply with platform rules.

Review and selection

Provide accurate information and a short explanation without unnecessary sensitive details. The team may ask for supporting evidence privately and may decline requests that cannot be verified, duplicate requests, requests outside the program’s scope, or requests for which funds or a supported payment route are unavailable.

Submitting a form, receiving a reference number or having a request approved does not create a guaranteed entitlement to assistance. Support may cover only part of the amount requested. There is no promised response time or payment date.

Payments

If support is offered, the team will confirm the recipient and amount before making a manual transfer. The intended method is X Money, subject to actual availability and the provider’s rules. Covered does not control processing times, account restrictions or provider fees. Any offered payment details and applicable deductions must be explained before the transfer.

You remain responsible for your bill and any obligations to its provider. Do not delay an essential payment because you have submitted a Covered request. Never send passwords, one time codes or wallet seed phrases to obtain support.

Publicity and personal information

Applying does not give Covered permission to publish your explanation, bill or identity. Any public story or transfer record identifying you requires separate permission. The demonstration featuring Alex is fictional, not a beneficiary testimonial. See the Privacy notice for the current application data handling.

Token and third party services

These terms are not an offer to sell a token, an investment recommendation or a promise of returns. A buyback or burn does not guarantee a price increase. Token trading can result in substantial or total loss. Covered is independent of X Corp. and X Money and does not imply their sponsorship, approval or partnership.

Availability and changes

The team may pause new applications, correct errors or change future program conditions. Material changes should be communicated before they apply to new requests. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
