Questions
Do I need to buy $COVERED?+
No. Buying or holding the token is not required to request help, and does not affect your eligibility for support.
Where does the money come from?+
Trading fees from the Covered token. 80% is allocated to bill support and 20% to buying back and burning $COVERED. There is no team allocation.
Does every request get paid?+
No. Requests are reviewed manually, and support depends on available funds. Applying does not guarantee a payment or a payment date.
Do you pay the bill provider directly?+
No. We send approved support to the recipient through X Money. A confirmed transfer shows that support was sent, not that the provider was paid.
What if I don’t have X Money?+
You need to be eligible for X Money and complete its setup to receive support through it. Availability and account requirements are set by X.
Will my documents be public?+
No. Supporting documents belong in a private request. Public payment confirmations require your permission.
Where can I see the burns?+
Completed buybacks and verified burn receipts will appear in the payment ledger. Allocating funds to a buyback is not the same as executing one.
Is this an official X project?+
No. Covered is independent of X and X Money. Use of X Money does not mean endorsement or partnership.
